Sue is amazing. She helped my buy my home in Alton in 2018, and here she is helping me sell it now in 2020! I went back to her because she's extremely patient, knowledgeable, experienced, and is always there for any of my questions or concerns!! I will recommend her to any of my friends and family in the area in the future because I know she will take good, honest care of anyone she interacts with!

My experience with Sue has been wonderful. There are a few main qualities that I, personally, like in a realtor. She has ALL of these qualities. Aside from being a great realtor, she is down to earth and makes the home buying process a lot less painful. This is the second time I have used her and I cannot imagine recommending anyone else. She gives me balance and helps me look at BOTH aspects. I know, as my realtor, she will help me make the best decision. I can’t thank her enough.

Sue was great. I appreciated her honesty and knowledge. She was very patient and look forward to working with her again. Certain homes had items we weren't even aware showed problem areas such as termite damage or retaining walls. She caught those and alerted us to a potential problem or cost. She took us out of our "comfort" zone and opened our eyes to some home designs we weren't even thinking! We really appreciated her very much.
