I absolutely loved working with Sue during the sale of my home. I was referred to her by a family friend, and from the very beginning she exceeded my expectations. Sue was incredibly organized, responsive and provided thoughtful advice throughout listing and selling process. As a first time seller, Sue made sure I understood each step of the process and answered all my questions quickly by email and text. When I decided to list, Sue visited the home and walked through with me, providing guidance on how to get the home ready to show. The showing process was incredibly easy with the phone app Sue set me up on. I received a notification for requested showings and was able to approve right from my phone. Sue also happily showed the home to interested buyers without their own agent. When I received multiple offers, Sue went above and beyond by creating and organizing a detailed spreadsheet that laid out all the information clearly. This made it easy to compare offers and make a decision on which to select. Sue's professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail and genuine care made this entire experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn't be happier with the decision to work with Sue and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Based on my past as a real estate investor, I have worked with many real estate agents. In every way, Sue was much higher functioning. If all real estate agents were as effective as Sue the world would be a better place.

Sue was amazing to work with! I am a first time home buyer and didn’t know anything about buying a home, getting a loan, or anything else when it came to buying a house. She was Abel to answer any questions I had and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. She can take info that means the most to you like drive time to work, location, price your looking for, home size and much more to help you find the home that would be perfect for you. I work a full 46 hours a week and she was Abel to work around my schedule so I could view homes that I was interested in. She was by my side the whole time and even helped me get in contact with a loan company. Sue is also very honest and but polite about what she thinks of homes, either a house is too high priced or a home was a flip home. She’s very good at finding little details and information on homes that the average person would never notice. If anyone is looking to buy a new home. I highly suggest working with Sue.

Finding a home is a difficult and demanding endeavor. Luckily for my family and I, we had Sue in our corner. Throughout this whole experience, I never felt like we were left alone or even pressured to make a decision or a selection. We had to look for many many options before the right one appeared, and in the meantime, Sue was always looking out for something that work out for us, even looking far and beyond her usual area. For the record, I mean a two hour drives beyond. Aside from showing us the properties and walking them with us, Sue provided key information on the area, the market, the lending process, the offer, the inspection and the appraisal and even coming inline with the closing costs. For all the uncertainties and worries of buying a house, having Sue along the way was the one thing we knew was certain for sure.
