A pleasure doing business!

Stratton definitely had his work cut out for him on our home purchase. I know I’m not the easiest person to deal with, yet he remained patient during the entire process. He always worked quickly to get our questions and concerns answered. Highly recommend him for your buying or selling needs!

Long distance purchase

Stratton was very helpful and accommodating. We were purchasing from Colorado, and with the crazy quick moving market he drove all over the Tampa area to FaceTime homes with us. He ended up writing a couple offers, had our best interest in negotiations and it ended up a low stress home buying experience. Very grateful for his knowledge and patience.

Five stars from start to finish

Stratton has been our realtor… twice. Once to sell our home and once to help us buy another. Both of our experiences with Stratton have been exceptional. He’s knowledgeable and personable. When we call he answers, when we text he answers, when we email he answers. I would never expect anyone to be at our beckon call, but man, Stratton sure seems like he was.
