About Steven

Steven Poscente was born and raised in Canada but has proudly called Las Vegas and Henderson his home for over 3 decades. After a successful career in real estate consistently ranking in the Top 1% of all the real estate agents in the world Steven took his successful skill sets on the road teaching agents how to enjoy better lives and careers. He was the Number One trainer in the Number One results producing sales training program in North America. After 25 years and over 10,000 students he left the real estate and training industries to spend more time with his three children and wife. He is excited to return to his sincere passion helping buyers and sellers with one of the biggest investments of their lives. When asked Steven responded “What makes my return to real estate even more exciting is being able to have my amazing wife Cari as a life companion but also my business partner. When you hire us you’ll be getting two caring professionals for the price of one.” On top of family and faith Steven has loved playing/coaching ice hockey for over 50 years. He enjoys golf and has done 13 triathlons and five marathons. Having driven a race car, scuba and sky dived, bungy jumped, hang glided, parasailed, zip lined obviously he loves trying a myriad of new and life changing experiences. Steven’s background in teaching, stand-up comedy and award-winning selling provides his customers a unique and perfect blend of the traits that make each transaction as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Steven and his group are opening doors across the Vegas Valley-Allow him to put his diversity, dedication and expertise to work for you.
