I was an out of state buyer and was looking to relocate to the area. I combed through a few agent profiles and decided to reach out to Steve. It turned out to be one of the best real estate decisions I've ever made. I gave him a list of maybe half a dozen homes that were potential candidates, and he immediately began making calls to listing agents and acquired some great details that were not posted in the listings. The type of information that I would not have been able to get on my own. Through the additional details he gathered, I was able to narrow down the list to two specific homes. Steve drove out to both houses and made custom walk-through videos for me and even took specific measurements of things that I requested. Once our offer was accepted, Steve thoroughly impressed throughout the due diligence period and all the way to closing. The home inspection brought a few issues to light and Steve was able to negotiate with the seller to have them address those issues at no cost to me. Due to his efforts, we were able to address all issues with the property, and close on time without me having to make multiple trips/calls to bring the project to completion. I could not be more satisfied with the service he provided.

Although we were not ready to buy or sell, Steven continued to check-in to see how we were doing with short text messages or quick phone calls. Never any pressure for two years of contact all initiated by him did he say or do anything where we felt anxious or pressured that we needed to sell our home “Now.” Fast forward 2022, we were now ready to sell our home. The first name at top of mind was Steven. Granted, over two years we had met at least half-dozen of agents many of whom we did not remember their names except for “Steven”. Steve is recommended by my friend, before helping me he has already won a great reputation for what he does and how much help my friend get from him during the house purchasing. He works hard with a great experience during the bidding war and he is honest and detail-oriented when he checks the house with you, and always helpful when you need it. Steven helped us find a home in this crazy housing market! He did his research on the properties we were interested in and never let us settle for a lesser home than what we wanted and deserved. After viewing the first couple of houses with him, I was comfortable going to several open houses on my own to find any issues we didn't want (i.e. foundation cracks and mold). I felt like he was our coach and wasn't afraid to keep us informed of the good and the bad. I appreciated his honesty and dedication every step of the way. Steven has been very helpful with finding our future home. My wife, myself, and my 2 kids have had only the best experience with Steven as our realtor. He was very attentive and listened to our concerns and wants for our home, and did not "up sell us". Call me old fashioned but I truly appreciate straight shooters. I met Steve when he was doing an OPEN house at Autumn Lakes. I left my email and told him what I was looking for. Steve helped me to clarify what I really wanted and needed, to find the place I can call HOME now, and his service did not stop after we closed. Because it was new construction, there were a lot of issues with the builder, challenges with timelines, and other issues. Steve never stopped serving us, following with us weekly, or even daily.
