Although we were not ready to buy or sell, Steven continued to check-in to see how we were doing with short text messages or quick phone calls. Never any pressure for two years of contact all initiated by him did he say or do anything where we felt anxious or pressured that we needed to sell our home “Now.” Fast forward 2022, we were now ready to sell our home. The first name at top of mind was Steven. Granted, over two years we had met at least half-dozen of agents many of whom we did not remember their names except for “Steven”. First weekend in May our property was active, Open House held Sunday, a solid Contract on Monday and closed within 30-days. It was like the stars had aligned. Steve is recommended by my friend, before helping me he has already won a great reputation for what he does and how much help my friend get from him during the house purchasing. Steven helped us find a home in this crazy housing market! He did his research on the properties we were interested in and never let us settle for a lesser home than what we wanted and deserved. After viewing the first couple of houses with him, I was comfortable going to several open houses on my own to find any issues we didn't want (i.e. foundation cracks and mold). I felt like he was our coach and wasn't afraid to keep us informed of the good and the bad. I appreciated his honesty and dedication every step of the way. Steve helped me to clarify what I really wanted and needed, to find the place I can call HOME now, and his service did not stop after we closed.
