Steven was very knowledgeable and responsive to every question and provided insight to the process and the homes encountered. During negotiations Steven was up front about what was good and not so good about each home. Also was wanting things to be right and never lead one to remotely think he was putting a commission above the interests of his clients. We were buyers and if he has a property listed I would think he would have the same effort as a listing agent for his client. Steven is very personable with us and know he can look out for our best interest in dealing with the seller and their agent.

What a great experience! I started talking with Steven over a year before we even moved to Georgia and he was always super helpful, easy to talk to and available with any questions we had. So when we finally were ready to start looking to buy he was ready and provided everything without skipping a beat. Needless to say we found a house in a couple weeks!! He did a wonderful job of promoting and marketing my home using various on-line websites in addition to the transitional avenues. There was a lot of interest in potential buyers looking at the home. Steven is AWESOME! As first time home buyers, the task seemed daunting especially in todays market. Steven made it feel like a breeze! I was an out of state buyer and was looking to relocate to the area. I combed through a few agent profiles and decided to reach out to Steve. It turned out to be one of the best real estate decisions I've ever made. I gave him a list of maybe half a dozen homes that were potential candidates, and he immediately began making calls to listing agents and acquired some great details that were not posted in the listings. The type of information that I would not have been able to get on my own. Through the additional details he gathered, I was able to narrow down the list to two specific homes. Steve drove out to both houses and made custom walk-through videos for me and even took specific measurements of things that I requested. Once our offer was accepted, Steve thoroughly impressed throughout the due diligence period and all the way to closing. The home inspection brought a few issues to light and Steve was able to negotiate with the seller to have them address those issues at no cost to me. Due to his efforts, we were able to address all issues with the property, and close on time without me having to make multiple trips/calls to bring the project to completion.
