Steve and Tabby Wollard are life-long residents of Muskingum County. They love working together and working with people. Steve and Tabby are professional and passionate about helping clients walk through the process of buying or selling a home with proficiency and peace of mind. Steve and Tabby and their family currently reside in Nashport. Their family is complete with 2 children, Hope and Seth, and one dog, Judah. Taking family trips, going to the movies, and going shopping are just a few things their family loves doing together.
As a Realtor, Steve’s first priority is to listen to his client’s needs and work hard to achieve the goals at hand. Steve is professional and personable, which makes for a great relationship between him and his clients. Buying or selling a home is an important decision and Steve will aim to help make it a positive experience.
Steve is involved in his community by coaching middle school baseball and he serves as Vice President of Kingdom Pillars, a non-profit working with teens that age out of foster care.
Tabby’s clients have helped her earn awards such as: Increase in Sales Volume, Top 10 Highest Average Sales Amount, the Million Dollar Club, and the Spirit of Lepi Award. Tabby is also a Professional Property Stager. As a property stager, she carries vision and insight. While working with sellers, her goal is to help them find equity in their home and showcase it so that potential buyers see all that the property has to offer. Working with buyers, she can help them visualize all the possibilities a property can become.
