Steve Rupp came to our home well prepared with the research in our area of homes that had sold that were of similar size and style. From that Steve Rupp strongly suggested what the list price should be. We trusted him and listed as he had advised. As it happened, we were given an offer before even putting our home on the market . The buyers offered $10,000 below the list. Steve Rupp said to stick to list because he assured us that he thought if we put it on the market, there would be multiple offers. The buyers then offered our list price and we accepted. Steve Rupp gave us great advice!
