From that Steve Rupp strongly suggested what the list price should be. We trusted him and listed as he had advised. As it happened, we were given an offer before even putting our home on the market . The buyers offered $10,000 below the list. Steve Rupp said to stick to list because he assured us that he thought if we put it on the market, there would be multiple offers.
