Only my second time purchasing a home but I would def recommend Steve to any family or friends looking to purchase a home. He goes above and beyond what is expected! He is great at communicating through the entire process of purchasing a home and responding to any questions even after the closing of the home.

As a first time home buyer, Steve Rupp was a tremendous help as I wasn’t sure where to start. Steve took my wants/needs and put forth a plan & executed it. What I appreciated was his honesty. I remember one of the first homes I looked at & I loved it for the most part. But, the home was at the very top of my budget & did not have a great property. Steve was honest with me & told me that the seller was asking for a premium & suggested I move on from that & ensured me that we would find the right home. Overall experience was excellent. We were out of state and had only a short time to act. Steve had everything plotted and planned so not one minute of our time was wasted. Steve was very knowledgeable about the whole sales process. He really shone when it came to interpreting the pre sales inspection report, which was a daunting report for me to read. He has a sound knowledge base for who to go to for roofing, repairs, etc. we are also using his services for building our new home.
