Quick and easy. Steve Rupp sold our house the day it was listed. Our house sold literally in hours!! Steve's marketing of our house and listing strategy allowed us to have 3 bids on our home to choose from, 2 which were over asking price. Only my second time purchasing a home but I would def recommend Steve to any family or friends looking to purchase a home. He goes above and beyond what is expected! Steve was very knowledgeable about the whole sales process. He really shone when it came to interpreting the pre sales inspection report, which was a daunting report for me to read. He has a sound knowledge base for who to go to for roofing, repairs, etc. we are also using his services for building our new home.
