Steve is a great agent if you are selling your home...very much a status quo person. He will defend fight for and support the sellers and the sellers agents. If you use him on the buy side he is very weak. Will not support buyers side. He invests all of his efforts to make sure the sellers and sellers agents love him. He does not support the buyer. He allowed the sellers to take advantage of me to where I incurred tens of thousands in debt in large part because Steve and his agent Thea didn't want to upset the sellers. When I asked Steve and Thea to support me all I got was well you just don't undetstand the Indianapolis market. We don't want to upset the sellers. On day of closing I pull up for my walk through front grass past my shins, back yard at my knees. The stove had dried eggs on it, the fridge had spoiled milk and butter and was filthy. The carpets had pet refuse all over it. The toilets covered in human waste and Steve and Thea never even called out the sellers or their agents. Steve very much under performed. The first time Steve even saw the house I was buying and he was my supposed agent was 15 minutes before closing...if you are selling Stevevis great.. if you hire him on the buy side, buyer beware.
