Steve was great in helping us close on our house. He got the builder to include appliances and some other extras, and a great communicator with the daisy chain of communication, between us, him and the builders agent, to the builders. He was a source of great advice when breaking our lease and dealing with the aggressive leasing agent. We were referred to Steve by a neighbor and would recommend him to others looking to buy a home.
