It takes a special feeling for the client and broker to have from the beginning. Steve was upfront, honest, open and willing to answer any questions. Steve primarily was the most informed, eager to accommodate broker. When the title company and mortgage lender wasn't doing their job correctly , Steve stepped in and straightened things out. Steve has become a good friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone! When I got so stressed out over some of the procedures needed during the closing process, Steve got my information to me and grounded me to chill out. Had it not been for him on several occasions, I would've considered backing out of the purchase.
