Quite recently, thanks to Steve's support and assistance, we were able to locate and close on a wonderful piece of South Florida property. Due to the pandemic, we were not able to travel to Florida and personally see the property beforehand. Hence, we needed to count on Steve to be "our eyes" from afar. To this end, Steve went out of his way to go above and beyond by previewing properties ahead of time on our behalf which he felt were suitable, followed by later "zooming" us to allow for a virtual tour.
