I was given 60 day vacate notice at my apartment due to upcoming demolition and a new condo building. I called Steve in a panic and he certainly calmed me down. We soon met and Steve presented me with both rental and purchase options. I provided a list of my must-haves and within 24 hours, the tour of homes began. He provided so many different solutions, ultimately I purchased a new residence only a half mile from my current residence.

You need a pro to navigate a FL purchase. Steve is perfect for challenge. He understands the market... He knows a lot of experts - his team in first rate. He is the kind of guy that will say "let me get back to you on that question" - if he does not know something (rare) - and quickly gives you spot on advice. Thanks to Steve, I found a perfect condo ,that is in great shape financially and exceeds my expectations ! I'm also confident that I paid what is was worth - but no more. Steve put a lot of effort into getting my condo sold. He hired an excellent photographer. Spent a lot of time networking and highlighting my property. This resulted in my condo being under contract in a short time. In addition he displayed a great deal of market knowledge. And he was always easy to communicate with. It was a great experience all around
