I was given 60 day vacate notice at my apartment due to upcoming demolition and a new condo building. I called Steve in a panic and he certainly calmed me down. We soon met and Steve presented me with both rental and purchase options. I provided a list of my must-haves and within 24 hours, the tour of homes began. Steve put a lot of effort into getting my condo sold. He hired an excellent photographer. Spent a lot of time networking and highlighting my property. This resulted in my condo being under contract in a short time. In addition he displayed a great deal of market knowledge. And he was always easy to communicate with.
