About Steve

I have been a Realtor for RE/MAX Executive since 2003 and am licensed in both North and South Carolina. I have a CPA certificate from CT & FL, and am a former corporate finance officer for a major regional homebuilder. I have been married to my wife Linda since 1984 and have 2 children. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family. In addition, I enjoy tennis, baseball, disc golf, travel, the arts and staying active. Born in Connecticut, and graduated from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business with dual degrees in accounting & marketing. After beginning his career in New York City with a major international public accounting firm, he later moved to South Florida; prior to settling in Charlotte in 1996. Charlotte Magazine recognized Steve as a 5-Star leader for outstanding customer service in real estate, representing only 3% of licensed agents in the Charlotte area. Steve has been on the leading edge of technological enhancements in the industry, and members of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement & Hall of Fame and the distinguished RE/MAX Chairman’s Club. Late 2013, Steve was awarded with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award. Steve serves on several boards of various religious and non-profit agencies, Habitat for Humanity, and participates in the Children’s Miracle Network and The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Steve is the former editor of his neighborhood association newsletter, and a past member of the HOA Board. Steve has published several leading articles and newsletters on various matters pertaining to residential real estate. I consider customer service a number one priority.
