Steve Cohn exceeded our expectations with his ability to act as both an advisor with years of experience and as a guide through our personal uncharted waters. He went out of his way to keep us informed regarding the process of preparing the house for sale. He was always available to communicate with us when we had questions or our contractor, utility representatives and city agencies required it. He made the selling process easier to navigate.
