We worked with Steve and Linda for over a year in a horrendous market, but they stayed vigilant. During slumps of search, because life gets in the way at times, they would call or email checking in on us and continuously searched for us. When we finally found a house that we absolutely love and checked off tons of boxes on our list they were with us every step of the way, helping with scheduling, and being available to help with inspections. Being first time home buyers in this market was extremely difficult but they made it super easy and never gave up on us, even though there were times we considered just going back to renting. They guided me through the experience of selling the home through inspection, contracting some work to be done and staging the home. They went above and beyond in getting the home ready and were able to negiotiate the sales price so that I received above the asking price. These are two of my favorite people and I would work with them again on a personal sale in a heartbeat! The BEST!
