Stephen is very knowledgeable with local market, with his help my house has been sold within a week with 3 offers, the price was completely satisfied. He and his brother Jim work as a team, they are both responsible and helpful. All the questions we have he can figure out right away. Overall, Stephen provides a five stars service and I would recommended to everyone.
Stephen was a great help selling our house quickly and at the price we wanted! He was excellent answering any and all questions we had from the initial listing to the day of closing.
Steve was a great help. I've relocated 10 times in my career. Steve was the best realtor ever! If you ever need a terrific realtor who is patient and knowledgable of the western toledo area. Steve is your guy.
If everything goes perfectly, almost any agent will be fine, but when a sale becomes challenging, the agent has to be exceptional, and Stephen is in every aspect. His follow-up, consistent communication and responsiveness, and expertise to guide first-time sellers through the process was outstanding.
Stephen worked for both us as the buyer and for the seller/relocation company in the deal and handled both sides very well. He is very knowledgeable about the local market and was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. The overall process went very smooth in large part to Stephen's professionalism. I hope to not have to any time soon, but would definitely use Stephen again in the future if necessary.
Stephen Toon is an amazing realtor. He makes the process easy and comfortable. He is very reliable and our family has used him for over ten different buying and selling experiences!
Stephen helped us every step of the way and made sure we had the right information to help us with our purchase decision. Stephen included the entire Toon Team to make sure we always had someone to talk to and never had to wait for an answer. If you need a serious, hardworking agent that goes above and beyond to help his clients, then call Stephen; you won't be disappointed.
Stephen helped us buy our second and hopefully "forever" home and did an excellent job for us. He is very knowledgeable about the local market, was very responsive to all of our questions, and helped a lot with negotiations between us and the seller/relocating company we purchased the house from. I hope we don't need to anytime soon, but would definitely work with Stephen again and would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to buy/sell a house.
I highly recommend Steve for his professional conduct and honesty. He has a way of giving bad news that makes it easier to handle and celebrates the good news with such an enthusiasm that it makes it 10 x better! He is realistic and reasonable—making the seller have realistic expectations. He’s also good and reasonable in negotiating with the buyers. We have experienced so many roadblocks and unusual circumstances in our attempts to sell, which were caused by third parties and the nature, but he kept us going through and did not give up when we were ready to… I cannot imagine a better agent to handle our sale!
Stephen helped us buy our first home several years ago and then sold it for us recently. He is very knowledgeable about current market trends. He had great recommendations for pricing strategy and what would work for our home in a slow market. He was always easy to get a hold of and quick to respond to our questions. His use of technology made the process super easy-- signing documents was quick and could be done via computer, smart phone, or tablet with a few clicks. This was especially helpful in getting paperwork done in a timely manner. The whole process was easy and stress-free, Stephen took care of everything for us!
Stephen was an excellent agent. I would highly recommend him especially for anyone looking to buy a home who is not as familiar with the area. As a single woman buying my first home, Stephen could not have been nicer and more patient in walking me through the process. Stephen never pushed and truly wanted to find me the right house. It's now been almost two years and I love my home more than ever. Thanks Stephen!
Stephen was incredible! He is very knowledgeable about the market. He was easy to get ahold of, very responsive. He was available to take us out to view homes on a dime. He is very easy to work with, very willing to educate you. It was a great experience working with him and we definitely plan to recommend him to our friends and family looking to buy or sell a home.
