Stephen & Karen are an amazing team! I have never encountered a team of realtors who dedicated so much time to helping us prepare our home to put on the market. They connected us with reliable, competent contractors on tight timelines, provided thoughtful advice and even staged the home for us at no additional cost. They are detail-oriented, hardworking, honest and skilled at making every step of the selling process seamless for homeowners.

Very helpful, always available to show houses!

Stephen was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional through the entire process. Selling our home was definitely bittersweet for us and Stephen was so understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. He made the experience easy and everything went so smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to sell our home!!!

nice job xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

He did a great job leading us on the right path for the sale of our house. He was honest and helpful and attentive.

Steve is a Master at his craft! He keeps us informed and up to date about the market and homes! I have referred him twice to family members…

Stephen came highly recommended to us and for good reason! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel very at ease with the whole process.

Working with Stephen made the buying process much easier even as we were living out of state and buying in a sellers' market. He had a solid understanding of the market and communicated well with us throughout the process. He was always available to us and was pleasant and easy to work with. We would definitely choose to work with him again!

We have had such an amazing experience with Stephen...we both bought and sold our most recent house with him and he is simply put....the best. Warm, caring, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable...he made what felt like a complicated process on both ends so easy. I know it might seem silly, but our family ahs clearly made new friends with Stephen and his wife. Just an incredible guy and agent.

It was an absolute pleasure having Steve work on the sale of our home. Steve brought valuable insight and expertise to the process and answered all of our questions. We are so thankful for Steve!

Stephen was very professional throughout the entire process and he communicated everything along the way. His experience and knowledge in the housing market was a huge benefit. Thank you!

Stephen and Karen are everything you need in a realtor. They are patient, flexible, efficient, and knowledgeable. We were first time buyers and they made our home buying experience go so smoothly! Let's face it, buying a home can be stressful, but they were always very reassuring and made us feel relaxed in this crazy competitive market we are in. We truly appreciate them helping us to purchase our first home, and we look forward to working with them again in the future. They even gave us a beautiful personalized key with our address and family name on it! So if you plan on buying a home soon, get with the Toons!
