The thing that impressed me most about Stephen, other than his knowledge of real estate and friendly demeanor, was his accessibility. This was my first home purchase and I was constantly texting and calling with what, in retrospect, were probably mundane questions. Stephen was always available to chat and never appeared frustrated or put out by my incessant questions. That made me feel so comfortable and like Stephen was truly on my side and looking out for my best interests. He made what is inherently a stressful experience much less so. In large part because of Stephen, I will look upon my first homebuying experience with fond memories.
