Stephen worked with us for 8 months to find our Dream Beach Condo on the beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach. He was always enthusiastic with news and followed up ASAP with information on availability and advising on value. He helped us narrow our search, with his abundance of knowledge of the area as we live out of state and had never even been to Fort Lauderdale. If I had a question stephen usually knew the answer and if he didn’t he would find the answer and get back to me quickly. I know there were very trying times to sell this house. Stephen never showed impatience and was always courteous. As I live out of state, many times stephen went beyond his realty duties to ensure a timely closing.
