Moving from Ohio to Florida, there are a lot of details and differences that come with purchasing a condo in the two states. Steven made us immediately aware of these differences and issues that we could possibly expect. However, Steven "hand-held" us through all of the issues and nuances from getting a clear and final buying contact, the loan process, Insurance, to HOA issues. Stephan never once said "this can't be done", but worked through every issue and question along the way. We were in daily contact with Steve. We could not have made our purchase without him.

It is easy to write a glowing review of Stephen Tendrich. We stopped by one of his open houses on a whim and wound up 6 weeks later the proud owners of the home that we will be using for short term vacation rentals in Wilton Manors. This home sale was fast but complicated as we needed to do a Reverse 1031 Exchange. Stephen coordinated all aspects of the inspection, roof repairs, lenders, title company and walk throughs for us.
