Stephen has been fantastic
both as a realtor and a property manager for our lovely new Florida property. I can say with 100% certainty we would not have been able to secure financing without his intercession when the loan underwriters kept changing their minds. As a property manager he treats the home as if it were his own, and was able to secure bids above what we were asking for rent, and quickly, too! There are no negatives, I can't imagine a better agent
