From our first meeting, I felt very comfortable with Steve by his very personable and laid-back style. For sure he was very knowledgeable of the real estate business and confident that he would be able to sell my condo for a decent price. He explained the process of marketing and selling my condo and answered all my questions as they came up. One thing I especially appreciated was his availability whenever I had a question or issue of concern. If he was not able to answer the phone when I called, he always returned the call or sent a text response within a short time afterwards. I would certainly recommend Stephen Hohl for anyone selling or buying a home.
