The process to sign up was very quick and intuitive. I had an acceptable offer after a month of listing it with Flat Fee MLS Realty. I also saved a lot by only offering a set percentage to the buyer's agent and representing myself. Once you have an agreement/contract in hand, going to the title company is easy (just give them your contract/terms and they will work with you). Will recommend this service and path to all my friends.

I think if you’ve bought & sold houses a few times, this is the way to go. Using FlatFee saved me over $20,000. They did an excellent job & gave me all the tools I needed to make a sale. Plus using Excel Title who they partner with, made it seemless from sale to closing.

My husband and I have a few rental properties and we decided to use a flat fee broker service for the first time to sell a property. After reading reviews, we decided to use Flat Fee MLS Realty and we have been very happy with the experience. There is a buyer’s agent fee at closing and an additional small fee only if you use an outside title company; however, all of this is disclosed upfront and is minimal compared to the overall savings. We will be saving over $5,000 on a $240,000 property versus a traditional listing. I was impressed by the additional services available, including title company services, use of an app for agents to schedule showings, and financial/lending services, which makes this a “one-stop” solution for selling a home. By using this service rather than selling as a FSBO, it is a seamless process for potential buyers and their agents, many of whom are more comfortable knowing a listing agent is involved. Plus you get the exposure thru the MLS listing, which is critical. Buyer’s agents can easily schedule showings and you receive a text message to confirm or reschedule if needed. The process was much easier than we expected. Flat Fee MLS Realty was also very responsive to our MLS change requests, and we had several changes along the way. They always beat their stated turn-around time when we submitted a request. We currently have a pending offer on our home and are using their title company, which has been a great experience as well. In fact, we are about to list another property and will be using Flat Fee MLS Realty again. They provide great value for the service. We are happy we selected a responsive service to list our property on the MLS, but you get much more than that….you get access to all the other services that make the process seamless even for a newbie seller.
