Flat Fee MLS Realty provides a great service without the need to spend thousands of dollars. My transaction with them went seamlessly from the beginning until the very end. They were also very easy to communicate with. Loved how effortlessly it was to confirm showings and answer agents' questions. I will be using them again for all of my real estate sale transactions in the future.
I had used an MLS listing agent in the past that was very good. So I was disappointed by the lack of service and response with this agency. Never ever got to speak with Stephen Lachey. He has a team of minions who respond to calls. If you ask for the person you spoke with before, they are always busy and whoever answers the call will handle your questions. That's Okay. But what is NOT okay is that they cost me $10,000 above asking, on my first offer received on the house. Their lack of response to the Buyer's agent was lazy and negligent. The Buyer's agent apparently submitted the offer through email and not the designated portal. Instead of responding to the agent with urgency, or informing me what was going on, there was a lag time. When inquired of the buyer's agent about this offer I never got to see after 2-day delay, I was in shock. By the time we got to day 3, I called the agent and she stated the buyer decided to withdraw the offer out of frustration! He had a job starting in the area and wanted that contract immediately. Other offers came in, one lowball, but finally one at asking. I sold the house within 7 days. And I only had to pay the Buyer's agent commission of 3%. And the closing costs and fees were as stated. So I was satisfied at the end.
Great way to sell your house. Literally save Thousands. My experience has 100% been that the listing agent only lists the house. The buyer's agent is the one that brings the buyer in. This is the do it yourself of selling Real Estate. On a $300k house you save (7,500 at 2.5%) to (9,000 at 3%) depending on what percentage you agree to pay Buyer's agent. I literally would have saved over 20K if I would have started this 5 years ago. I'm sharing this with everyone I know that's selling their house.

I wrote up my own listing text and in exchange, they provided me with dramatically reduced fees, saving me over $6,000 in seller's agent fees on a Bradenton, FL condo sale. Everything went smoothly, and on the few moments where there were questions, the staff were great to deal with. The offer process went smoothly and efficiently. Very satisfied, I would use his services again for selling a property.
