Being local was very important. Set up was a fairly easy process. The instructions were clear. The fee included all documents needed for MLS. The office had a REAL person answering the phone, was friendly and was knowledgeable about the process. Every question was answered promptly and they worked with my chosen title company. I have used similar companies before and this by far was the least expensive and the best. I would highly recommend this company.

I was very happy with my experience with Stephan Hachey and FlatFeeMLS Realty. There was some paperwork for the listing that took a while, which Stephan walked me through. I also uploaded pictures of my property, some of which loaded sideways, but Stephan’s team fixed them. Once on the MLS, realtors called Stephan’s team to schedule showings. I had a buyer in three weeks, interestingly for $25,000 more than a "full-service" realtor said he could sell my house for, and he wanted a 6% sales commission. I only paid 2% plus $249, saving me around $10,000 in fees, and the house was under contract in about three weeks.

We have used this service for the sale of four homes. Virtually all of the sales have proceeded without a glitch. We calculated that we have saved in excess of $70,000 altogether. We discovered that about 90 percent of homes that are sold are sold through Realtor.com and as long as I can get my home on Realtor for a two percent fee and not a six percent fee it is a no brainer in my opinion.
