About Stephen

Stephen Fryrear has lived in Birmingham for almost a decade now and has loved seeing all of the growth the Magic City has experienced in that time. As a Texas transplant, he and his family have laid roots in Alabama spending the last 10 years serving the local church. His desire is to continue serving people as a Realtor® by helping meet the needs of those buying and selling their home! Stephen has never met a stranger, and has a gift for finding the perfect house for his clients while negotiating the best price possible. Stephen has extensive market knowledge, and understands the nuances of all the unique neighborhoods in and around Birmingham. Stephen, his wife and two little boys enjoy life (and food!) in the Forest Park South Avondale neighborhood. You can usually find them playing baseball in the front yard or swinging in their tree swing.
