Fantastic experience buying a home in Victorian Village with Stephen! He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. We appreciated him helping make the process as smooth as possible. He was a pleasure to work with and we would sell or buy with him again. Highly recommend!
Stephen was extremely helpful from the moment I first contacted him. As someone who was buying their first home, his knowledgeable advice was perfectly suitable to my needs. I always felt like my questions were welcomed and my concerns were heard. He is one of the most organized, responsive, and prompt people I have ever worked with, while also being very easygoing and friendly. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and his phenomenal experience and people skills get results. When it comes time to sell my home I'll definitely contact him again. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home in Columbus who wants a smooth and successful buying experience.
We had a wonderful experience with Stephen during our search for a house in Columbus. He was professional, thorough, and knowledgeable with every showing. With his help, we bought a beautiful home fulfilling all of our needs.
We loved working with Stephen. We had moved out of our unit, and he took great care of it for us in our absence. We had multiple showings and at one point we even wanted to reconsider our options, and possibly rent instead of sell. We finally did sell and were very happy with the transaction. Stephen was there to answer our questions and negotiated the closing on our behalf to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Stephen for all you help and guidance through this process. We recommend Stephen VERY....highly.
I have worked with Stephen Dial on three different occasions. In one, he was the listing agent for a new build condo development project with six units. In another, he was the listing agent for an adaptive reuse condo project with eight units. In the third, he was the listing agent for the sale of my personal home. On all three occasions (15 sales in total), Stephen did a fantastic job. He knew the market as well as anyone in the industry, communicated clearly, knew what I needed to be involved in (and importantly, what I didn't), and we were able to achieve great outcomes for all 15 sales. I highly recommend Stephen!
Stephen was an absolute pleasure to work with through our first home purchase. From investing the extra time to research / annotate comps for our offer submission, to his flexibility in working with the consistently changing schedules, to finally providing recommendations all throughout the process (lenders, inspectors, etc.), it was very clear the care Stephen has for his clients. While some experiences can often feel pressured for buyers (higher submissions, using their contacts, etc.), Stephen was incredibly professional and respectful through the entire process and was just an all around joy to work with! We have already recommended him to many of our friends and plan to continue moving forward. We cannot thank him enough for all the help he provided us and will be forever grateful for all the time and effort he invested with us.
Stephen was excellent to work with. His name was given to us through Nationwide relocation services and he did a great job of listening to our needs. After our first tour of Columbus, he modified the search and quickly found properties that were strong targets. He was very responsive and anticipated issues before they arose. In our case, much of the buying process happened remotely and he was more than willing to go above and beyond to offset our lack of physical presence. We give him the highest recommendation. Thanks Stephen!!
Stephen was an amazing realtor to work with. From the start, he guided me through the selling process, answering all my questions quickly and patiently. He's knowledgeable, well connected with other realtors, and I felt totally comfortable and trusted him completely. Thanks, Stephen!
Stephan is a seasoned realtor with many connections. I’m so thankful to have my new house!
Stephen was great! I would recommend him to anyone.
I have worked with Stephen Dial two twice in the past 3 years. On both occasions Stephen provided excellent service and care. Stephen is a true professional, always available and quick to answer any and all questions. He knows the Short North and Columbus real estate markets so well and his negotiations and communication skills are top notch! If you are looking to sell, Stephen can get you top dollar. If you are a buyer, he will make himself available to show you any and all properties quickly and at your convenience. Added bonus: Stephen has a wicked good sense of humor. He is so much fun to work with! Thank you Stephen. You are the absolute best!
