It was a pleasure working with Stephen in selling my condo! Stephen made this whole process as painless as possible. When something needed doing, Stephen shopped for competent and price appropriate contractors and then made it happen, sending me a bill(example: radon system in basement, bathroom sink unclogged, light fixture replacement). Stephen was very responsive, and gave me regular updates on both my home(he walks the area often and kept an eye on it) and on the market. I can not speak highly enough of him.
