Stephen was a dream. If you don't appreciate his punctuality and knowledgeability then you must at least appreciate his warm and vibrant personality. As first time buyers we would have been so lost without him. He found us several homes that fit our wants and needs and lent a discerning eye as we walked through them. Im writing this review to highly recommend Stephen Dial for all your real estate needs, whether you're buying or selling (he's done both for me), I highly recommend him. Most recently, he was my realtor in the purchase of a property. The whole experience, from start to finish was thoughtful, well organized and efficient. For example, Stephen set up my MLS listings for exactly what I was looking for. He went above and beyond the call to get us showings immediately. When I finally made an offer on "the one", Stephen skillfully negotiated a deal for me. He is very knowledgeable about the current real estate market and helped set an appropriate bid. His negotiating skills are also top notch. This was a multiple bid situation and stephen negotiated till the seller took our offer. Beyond that, Stephen did much more. He helped me find contractors for the small repairs I will need to do. I can't tell you how helpful that is! I always felt like Stephen "had my back" and I so appreciate it.
