Rating Stephen Dial with only five stars sells him short. Our experience with him selling our property was outstanding from start to finish. Stephen worked hard to sell our property, kept in close communication with us and went above and beyond what I expected. He personally came to every showing to make sure that the property was shown to its best advantage and to explain downtown, high rise condo living. I can recommend Stephen without hesitation.

Stephen was an exceptional real estate agent. This is the third home we've bought in 4 years. We've moved all over the United States due to my job, and Stephen is one of the best we've worked with. He's knowledgeable, prompt, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes well. After viewing some houses with him initially, he understood our style and immediately brought to our attention homes that might be of interest. He did virtual walk-throughs when we couldn't come in person and advised us during a bidding war with one of the houses we were interested in. We didn't get that house, but he knew our limits and what was safe to offer vis a vis the area and house we were looking at. When we did find the house we eventually bought, he was with us every step of the way. He helped make sure the lender and seller were responsive to our needs. He is efficient, truthful and a pleasure to be on the opposite side of the transaction we had..
