As out of towners, we had no clue about Golden Valley, where our new home is! It was a little tough sale, but everything that we needed, Steve provided. These included contacts with inspectors, contractors and public utilities. Steve helped us through the first offer, which was declined and after the sale failed to another party, was able to contact us to revise the new offer and we were successful. This would not be so if not for Steve. Not only did he work with me, he was able to do business with my father in my stead. We finally closed from 2000 miles away, and will be living our dream. Steve was and is the reason.
