We are new investors and Stephanie has been wonderful! She has our best interest at heart, wants to protect us from any large issues, erring on the side of caution. She has been great and very on top of things with negotiation and communicating with sellers on our behalf and all the contract fun! She is very efficient! Our first rescue house, and she was amazing! The pricing was perfect to attract a lot of buyers, with great care taken to ensure we were comparable to other homes in the market. We were under contract within 48 hours of listing, getting 6k more than asking price (the highest in the area, and it appraised perfectly)! We closed in 30 days, she did everything to make sure it was smooth. Stephanie was very informative, offering good, sound advice. Since then she has done a lot of work showing us houses, putting in offers and doing all she can to find us the next house! I can't say enough about how happy I am to have her by my side! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
