Like a lot of people recently, I was done with living in the city and was ready to find my dream home in the mountains. Finding a mountain home can be laborious and time consuming because properties can be very long distances from one another. Not only was Stephanie willing to show me anything I wanted to see, some places more than an hour drive, but even visit some of the properties twice so I could make a completely informed decision before making an offer. She was very informed about aspects of mountain properties that I never would have thought of as compared to looking at homes in town. When it was time to finally make an offer, she was very thorough and went over multiple points in our offer to protect my interests. When selling my home in town, she was equally impressive. She helped me stage the home and address small issues that would maximize our potential sale price. At the end we had multiple offers over list that weekend. I cannot say enough about Stephanie and all she did for both the sale of my old home and my new dream mountain home!
