Stephanie was amazing beginning to end. Being a first-time buyer is extremely intimidating and scary and she put my mind at ease and never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions. She was always available when I had questions which was super nice because I had a ton. She knows the market so well and was able to really got to bat for us. I was also impressed with her professionalism and rapport with others in the field. She really knows what she is doing and had fantastic homes to show us within our price range. As with everything compromises do happen but we didn’t get the short end of the stick with anything. Putting terms we were most concerned with in the contract was key and they got accepted. Stephanie is just an outstanding realtor and I won’t go to anyone else whether I’m buying or selling - she can really do it all!

Stephanie is very easy to work with, attentive to our needs and she get results. She had a mountain property that we listed in October and had it sold by February. Mountain property is difficult to sell in the winter.
