Stephanie Tanis

Stephanie is more than a realtor. It literally feels like she’s on your team in the middle of a big football game and you’re taking it from all sides by the experts from the other team and their coaches. I felt completely overwhelmed and underprepared. She knew exactly what to do. She stays calm, moves over mountains and nothing seems to get in her way during the process. She has a myriad of contacts and other people who like doing business with her if you run out if resources. I was a first time home buyer and had no clue what I was getting into. This house deal wouldn’t have happened had it not been for Stephanie. I had 2 house deals fall through (not her fault whatsoever) but she just kept on until the right house came along. Her smiling stylish spirit is always a joy to be around, too. She is not only my realtor, but my new friend. She reminds me of things to remember (little things) that I wouldn’t think of and continues a month out, to keep in touch and make sure things are going well. I can’t say enough about her as a kind human being, a strong team member and someone with a fighting spirit Stephanie is definitely someone you want in your corner. I’m lucky to know her.
