I don’t know where to start!—I was faced with the incredible challenge of selling my dad’s home, after his passing, and everything that could go wrong did! Despite it all, we found a way to the finish line. Steph was an incredible resource and her knowledge and support were second to none. Along the way she remained engaged, communicative and compassionate, despite all the challenges. What more could you ask for? You can’t go wrong having her as your agent.

Stephanie is a people person all the way and also a Windsor local, so that was a deciding factor to go with her. Her advice on getting ready for the sale six months prior was very beneficial. Her choices of photographer and attorney were also hugely helpful. The fact that the day we went on the market was also the day our next home had a flood, did not make us very sane people to work with, but Steph's patience held!

Although the sale of the property was difficult and different than what we’ve ever experienced. It doesn’t change the fact that Stephanie knew her stuff, stood her ground when she needed to and made lemonade out of lemons! Thank you for not giving up!!! I honestly cannot imagine going through the process of buying a home with anyone that isn’t Stephanie Stone!! She is very knowledgeable and was able to tell us key details about the areas we were looking for a home! I also have the utmost respect for her professionalism!
