I contacted Stephanie because I needed help selling a home and was very busy with work and life, I explained that I would be unavailable throughout most of the selling process and needed someone with the know-how and expertise to get it done. Stephanie absolutely delivered and made an experience I had been dreading as painless as I could imagine possible. I got the price that I was expecting and the sale I had been hoping for. If you want an expert who's willing to go the extra mile to make your real estate transaction happen I would recommend no one other than her.

We have only wonderful things to say about our experience with Stephanie Stone. She was truly phenomenal and went above and beyond what we ever expected from a real estate agent. From the very beginning, she was knowledgeable, thorough, and meticulous in explaining every step of the process. She communicated consistently and made sure we understood what was happening and what to expect. We always felt that she was genuinely looking out for us. What stood out most was how much she cared about us as people, not simply as clients. She was there for us throughout the entire process of selling our home, providing support, guidance, and reassurance every step of the way. On several occasions, she even took items to Goodwill for us. She helped us cancel our utilities and came by on the morning of our move to check on how everything was progressing. These thoughtful gestures meant so much to us and demonstrated just how committed she was to helping us through the entire process. At no point did we ever feel that her primary goal was simply to earn a commission by selling our home. Instead, we felt that she was helping us navigate an important life transition and genuinely wanted to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was professional, kind, ethical, responsive, and incredibly supportive. Her communication was exceptional, and she consistently went the extra mile whenever we needed help. We are incredibly grateful to have had her by our side during such an important transition. She is so much more than a realtor—she is someone who truly cares about her clients. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an agent who will treat them with honesty, compassion, and genuine dedication.

I don’t know where to start!—I was faced with the incredible challenge of selling my dad’s home, after his passing, and everything that could go wrong did! Despite it all, we found a way to the finish line. Steph was an incredible resource and her knowledge and support were second to none. Along the way she remained engaged, communicative and compassionate, despite all the challenges. What more could you ask for? You can’t go wrong having her as your agent.

Stephanie is a people person all the way and also a Windsor local, so that was a deciding factor to go with her. Her advice on getting ready for the sale six months prior was very beneficial. Her choices of photographer and attorney were also hugely helpful. The fact that the day we went on the market was also the day our next home had a flood, did not make us very sane people to work with, but Steph's patience held!

Although the sale of the property was difficult and different than what we’ve ever experienced. It doesn’t change the fact that Stephanie knew her stuff, stood her ground when she needed to and made lemonade out of lemons! Thank you for not giving up!!! I honestly cannot imagine going through the process of buying a home with anyone that isn’t Stephanie Stone!! She is very knowledgeable and was able to tell us key details about the areas we were looking for a home! I also have the utmost respect for her professionalism! It is clear that she practices with integrity and strong morals. She provided reassurance when we felt like the home buying process was too overwhelming (as first time homebuyers) and answered every single question I had!
