I don’t know where to start!—I was faced with the incredible challenge of selling my dad’s home, after his passing, and everything that could go wrong did! Despite it all, we found a way to the finish line. Steph was an incredible resource and her knowledge and support were second to none. The fact that the day we went on the market was also the day our next home had a flood, did not make us very sane people to work with, but Steph's patience held!

Although the sale of the property was difficult and different than what we’ve ever experienced.
