Stephanie demonstrated her knowledge of local market trends and ROI apparent from day one. We were very unfamiliar with the greater Atlanta area since we were moving all the way from the SF Bay Area, and I had favorited just about every home within a decent commuting distance to our respective jobs. She conducted a video chat and went over all the neighborhood reports, pricing trends, and what areas we were likely to see a better return on our investment down the line. Once we narrowed down our choices and made the trip out to view the homes in person, she was on top of scheduling for the most efficient travel routes so we would be able to pack as much house seeing into our 2 days. We weren’t expecting to find a home on our first trip, but we did and she walked us through the offer process. She triple checked all of the comps to make sure we were making a good offer before submitting all the paperwork. We had made it back to CA, the whole time wondering what had happened with our offer. That evening when we were home she video chatted with us to let us know our offer had been accepted! Throughout the loan process she kept us updated on changes and adjustments to our closing date as our current relocation situation was not your typical arrangement due to the pandemic. However, she made sure that both sides had all their i’s dotted and t’s crosses so we closed on time. Now we are enjoying our beautiful home in Powder Springs!
