We contacted Stephanie when we started thinking about selling our home. She offered to meet with us, so we set up a meeting to which she brought us a well-organized binder full of helpful information. She arrived on time and looking professional, which was a standard that she kept up the entire time we worked together. This is a small detail, but I feel that these small details such as always looking professional sets Stephanie above the rest. A few months passed between meeting her and putting our house on the market. During that time, she contacted me occasionally to check in. Her communication was always clear, relevant, never pushy or unkind. When it came time to get our house on the market, she handled a whirlwind of viewings with organization and grace. She sold our house in less than 24 hours. Communication was always easy, whether it was by text, phone, or email. She was extremely knowledgeable about real estate law, the current market in the area, etc etc. She even helped us rectify a mistake made by another agent we were using to buy our next house, which was not required and was definitely above and beyond her call of duty. We loved working with Stephanie. We wish we could wrap her up and take her across the country with us as we buy and sell homes at every new duty station. I would recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell in Nevada.

She was AMAZING! She really listened to what I wanted and went out and found it for me. I love my house! She was able to check off everything that I needed and wanted and put me in the area that I wanted to be in. We were meeting to look at another property and she was like.. I have one more and that was it. She really took the time to find me my dream house :) I would 1000% use Stephanie again for buying and/or selling a home.
