I’ve purchased three homes, in three different states, with the assistance of three different agents. Stephanie is by far the best agent I’ve ever worked with! We are a military family that was moving from Florida to Vegas when I found Stephanie. After working with Stephanie for only a few weeks, we were able to put together a list of 10 potential homes, however, we still wanted to see the homes in person. We booked a last minute flight to Vegas and Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate us, on her day off! Once we met Stephanie, we knew immediately that she was the right agent for us. After our 6th offer, we finally were able to purchase our home! We loved that house. Stephanie helped us through the purchasing process with our VA loan and made all of it make sense. 2 years later, we got orders to move again. Stephanie of course was our go to. She helped us with our selling process. In 2022, the market was slow. She worked endlessly selling our home, putting up advertisments, giving us weekly updates and staying on top of other agents. She gave us advice on what to do with offers that came in. Then we sold our beautiful home. Stephanie is the only realtor I recommend for anyone in the Las Vegas area. Military friendly. Listened to our demands and treated us like friends (not just another client). She made us feel welcome to Vegas and gave us our dream home. She works hard and deserves the best because she is the best.

Stephanie was a huge asset to me while buying from Japan! She understood the unique aspects of an overseas military move and was in constant communication with the builder, closing agent, etc when I couldn’t be. Despite being in very different time zones, Stephanie was knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns and always responded quickly. She went above and beyond by doing the builder walkthrough and checking in on the home after closing as I was still overseas.
