I don't know how to express in words that Stephanie is the best realtor. This is the second time we have had her help us, but instead of a rental, this time we purchased a home. It wasn't easy. Homes were selling so fast! We even had one home sell while we were viewing it. 6 offers later, we get our home. Stephanie worked with us through it all. In-person tours, virtual tours, COVID requirements for viewing, VA loan, a vacation out of state for 2 weeks and still being able to view and make offers. 11/10 recommend. Stephanie was incredibly helpful throughout our home buying process. We were overseas and she took us to see several properties through video chat. We bought a new home with Stephanie. I thought she was getting off easy with us. HA! Was I wrong. We had so many issues with our new home. She earned her money. The builder was not communicating well, we had to push our closing date back which affected our scheduled move in because of errors they made. Stephanie worked hard to get us compensated for the builders errors, went up the chain at with the building company because she wasn't getting answers at the lowest level. She gave recommendations but was always 100% doing what we wanted her to do. Stephanie is quiet, kind and unassuming, never pushy to the buyer at all. But when she needs to be a bulldog she does that well too! I would highly recommend her!
