As first time homebuyers, we were understandably nervous going into the process of buying our first home, but Stephanie put those fears to rest. On the rare occasion she didn't answer when we tried calling, she would immediately call us back within an hour or two, never leaving us wondering when she would get back to us. She guided us through the entire process, helped us decide whether certain homes were worth considering, and was there for us during each home walkthrough (even during a rainstorm on one occasion!). She really went above and beyond as our realtor, and that really meant a lot to us!
