Stephanie is Amazing!!!

Stephanie Lanier was referred to me as the agent that I must work with when I first moved to town. She took time to drive me all around Wilmington and really identify what was important to me. By visiting different neighborhoods and explaining the benefits of the various locations, this helped define our short list. Stephanie was great about pointing out her favorite places to eat, doctors, salons and everything that I would need to know to make Wilmington home. Of course moving to a beach community, we thought we wanted to live on the water. Stephanie took me to see the beach and we ultimately purchased a home with an adjacent lot with a barn that Stephanie had presented. We love our house and are so happy here! Of all the houses that we have owned, places we have lived, previous house hunting experiences - Stephanie by far exceeded this and found our dream home. Lanier Property Team kept us advised of our transaction every step of the process. Our deal was complicated, contingent sale of our previous home.... Stephanie and Lanier made it pleasant and easy. Their personal, caring approach is something that you do not typically get from a sales organization. We truly felt that they had our best interest at heart.
