Stephanie Lanier was referred to me as the agent that I must work with when I first moved to town. She took time to drive me all around Wilmington and really identify what was important to me. By visiting different neighborhoods and explaining the benefits of the various locations, this helped define our short list. Stephanie was great about pointing out her favorite places to eat, doctors, salons and everything that I would need to know to make Wilmington home. Of course moving to a beach community, we thought we wanted to live on the water. Stephanie took me to see the beach and we ultimately purchased a home with an adjacent lot with a barn that Stephanie had presented. We love our house and are so happy here! From start to finish this has been the easiest real estate transaction for us so far. Stephanie and her team initiated the listing process efficiently (advising on preparing the home for showing, getting photos taken, market analysis and pricing advice, and advertising) followed by regular texts/emails confirming each scheduled showing and weekly activity updates and feedback from the showings. Once we had an offer her negotiating approach was on target and the closing preparation was equally seamless. She was always readily available to us but everything followed the schedule put in place so we rarely had questions.
