From start to finish this has been the easiest real estate transaction for us so far. Stephanie and her team initiated the listing process efficiently (advising on preparing the home for showing, getting photos taken, market analysis and pricing advice, and advertising) followed by regular texts/emails confirming each scheduled showing and weekly activity updates and feedback from the showings. Once we had an offer her negotiating approach was on target and the closing preparation was equally seamless. She was always readily available to us but everything followed the schedule put in place so we rarely had questions.
