Stephanie has become my go to real estate agent. She has assisted with three unique transactions this year and has been quick to adapt to every curve ball I throw her. She helped me buy and sell residential as well as purchase a piece of raw land from some very difficult investors. She helped me navigate a sticky assignment type contract and get the land I wanted at a great price.

Stephanie is incredible. She was recommended to me by a close friend who had a great experience with her. I had already interviewed several agents who seemed uninterested, lax, and not prepared. My first conversation with Stephanie was completely different. She was efficient, prepared, had great market perspective, and made me feel so comfortable - like I had already known her for years. I immediately gave her the listing. I’m out of state, and had tenants in my home, and Stephanie expertly handled that situation, keeping what could have been an uncomfortable situation pleasant, and streamlined. Stephanie listed my home on a Sunday, and we had multiple offers in by the following Sunday - and we had an offer for full ask in one week from listing! Stephanie handled all repairs after my tenant moved out, even repairing some holes herself. Honestly, this is a gem of a human and I am so glad to have met someone I could put so much trust in, never feeling like I was waiting on communication, or kept in the dark. Stephanie was there for me the entire time. If I could give 100 stars, I would still give more.

Stephanie was an absolute dream to work with! My fiancé and I were in the process of buying our first home while living out of state and under somewhat of a time crunch - while this could have been very stressful for us, we had the easiest and most seamless experience for our first home purchase. Our time to house hunt in Savannah was pretty limited because of our jobs and location. We only had about 2 weekends to find our beautiful new home, and Stephanie helped us to maximize our time to the fullest, narrowing down our focus and priorities to make sure we were seeing homes that we would really like and remaining within our budget. Stephanie shared with us so much knowledge about the area and helped us make a decision we feel very proud of. She was always responsive and great at keeping us updated during the entire process. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone, especially close friends of ours who may be searching in the Savannah market.
