We contacted Stephanie to list our home in Florida. She was referred to us by a family member that used her to purchase a home. We were moving to SC and already started the process to purchase the new home and we already had a closing date for that one. Immediately Stephanie came over to sit down and talk to us about the home and our timeline. She took this information and began to work!
